Mondrian-inspired tape resist masterpieces

Mondrian tape resist art is a great art lesson for smaller hands. Today is nostril-freezing cold, and all three smaller kids are coughing up a storm, so while we will go out a little later for a short while, we're taking it as easy as possible.

They asked for an art lesson, so I pulled out dollar store canvases, Google Mondrian images to show them, and the paint, and away we went!

They are so pleased and proud that these are replacing our previous works of art on the fireplace mantel!
