A super simple last minute Valentine's Day craft!

This easy Valentine's Day craft took 5 minutes to set up. It has lots of possibilities: make gift wrap paper, make a bunch of last-minute Valentine's Day cards really quickly, or just let the kids create.

Cut 2 fairly large potatoes in half lengthwise. Carve one of the following on each half potato:

(They don't usually look so gross; I let them sit for a couple of hours so that the shapes showed up more clearly in the photo)

Set out paint, roll up sleeves, and away they go!  It was so much fun that I joined in myself.
