Here's a simple way to make some that I showed my kindergarten sidekick. Cut out 4 squares of tissue paper. The squares don't have to be perfect, just approximately the same size.
Accordian fold each piece like you would if you were making a paper fan.
Pile that all together and hold them in the middle.
Now wrap a pipe cleaner around the middle and tighten it.
Spread out the folds and you have a beautiful spring flower.
We also just let loose with the tissue paper, pom-poms and pipe cleaners and M and K created some other beautiful flowers.
